NAVRANG LIMITED, known for providing high-quality beauty services, is seeking a Hairdresser/Beauty Therapist to join its team in Auckland. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about delivering exceptional client care and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of beauty therapy treatments including waxing, facials, skincare treatments, eyelash extensions, eyebrow shaping, and nail services such as manicures and pedicures
• Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and recommend suitable beauty treatments and services
• Provide basic hair colouring services including root touch-ups, toning, and application of colour where required
• Assist in promoting business services and recommending appropriate aftercare products to support client satisfaction and retention
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history, service notes, and appointment schedules
• Assist with hair washing, shampooing, and conditioning treatments as part of salon services
• Manage appointment bookings and support smooth daily salon operations
• Monitor product usage and assist in maintaining stock levels by reporting replenishment needs
• Perform blow-drying and simple styling such as straightening or curling for finishing purposes
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, organised, and welcoming salon environment at all times
• Assist in preparation of clients for hair services, including sectioning and product application where required.
• Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing professional development to stay updated with beauty, skincare, nail, and salon techniques.
• Ensure all treatments are carried out in accordance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, workmanship, and customer service at all times

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $30 to $35 per hour.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Availability to work weekends as required.
• Strong customer service and client care skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication abilities
• Good hand-eye coordination with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to maintaining high service standards.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
