Full job description

Buno Burger is on the lookout for a part time front of house staff.

We are looking for fun, friendly and positive individuals, who enjoy hospitality and will endeavour to provide our guests with a level of service and product quality that they themselves would expect to receive.

A few specifics... * Create a warm and welcoming environment so our guests feel happy and comfortable * Work with Management to ensure a smooth running service * Be familiar with all products and services, make recommendations * Assisting in stock management and adhering to company policies * Handle queries, reservations, and any complaints * Follow cash handling and banking procedures * Adhere to liquor license requirements ABOUT YOU: * Great customer service skills * Positive team player willing to work with others to achieve best outcomes * Previous experience in a café, restaurant, pub, or bar preferred * Genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
