You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities — no qualifications or prior experience required. Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person centered support in people’s homes, including being mindful of what matters to them, their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.
- Comprehensive paid training to set you up for success
- Flexible hours We’ll do our best to align your schedule with the needs of the people we support
- Weekend shifts available (+$1.00 extra per hour)
- Paid travel time and mileage —When you travel for work, we make sure you’re compensated fairly — including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips. Full details will be shared during onboarding.
