Full job description
Tāmaki Health is New Zealand's largest privately owned primary healthcare group, providing general practice (GP), urgent care, accident and medical services, and community healthcare. The organization serves hundreds of thousands of patients through a network of clinics across the country, with a strong presence in Auckland.
A Healthcare Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration and operational activities of healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals, or community health organizations. They help coordinate staff, schedules, resources, projects, and processes to ensure efficient healthcare service delivery and a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities across healthcare departments.
- Assist with staff scheduling and workforce planning.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare reports.
- Support implementation of healthcare policies and procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, projects, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain records, databases, and operational documentation.
- Liaise with clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders.
- Track budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
- Support compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
- Help resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Pay: From $7,500.00 per month
