Licensed Immigration Adviser – Leadership Opportunity

Location: Auckland (Flexible)
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Consultancy or Commission-Based

With a established New Zealand law firm expanding into immigration services. We are looking for an experienced Licensed Immigration Adviser who is passionate about helping clients and is ready to lead and grow our immigration division.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently but would like the support, reputation and resources of an established law firm.

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality immigration advice.
  • Managing student, work, visitor, partnership and residence visa applications.
  • Ensuring compliance with New Zealand immigration legislation and professional standards.
  • Assisting in developing systems and processes for our growing immigration practice.
  • Helping establish the Law firm as a trusted provider of immigration services.

Who We're Looking For

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Hold a current New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser Licence (or are a New Zealand lawyer with immigration experience).
  • Have experience managing immigration files independently.
  • Enjoy building client relationships.
  • Are motivated to grow a practice rather than simply process applications.
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Want to be part of a collaborative professional team.
