Full job description
We are a busy retail Life Pharmacy operating 7 days a week (8:30am-10:00pm) in the heart of Queenstown. We stock a wide range of OTC medicines, natural health supplements, beauty products, gifts, fragrances and sunglasses.
Our large range of categories within the pharmacy sector means you will gain a great knowledge base through development within our business. Your daily duties would include (but not limited too):
- Selling NZ made products and natural supplements, skincare and cosmetics
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Assisting store manager to drive retail promotions and deal with overseas orders
- Liaising with Pharmacy owner & Pharmacist in charge to ensure smooth running of the pharmacy at all times.
- Merchandising and stock replenishment
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
Key personal attributes we are looking for are strong communication skills, flexible, energetic, compassionate, fast learner, adaptable, and reliable. You will be required to have a sound understanding and empathy with various cultures. Good at problem solving and attention to detail. Requirement to work evenings and weekends.
Experience in customer service background is required and the ability to speak mandarin is advantageous.
Applicants should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
Pay: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35.0 per week
Work Location: In person
