About Us

Collective Shoes is a growing footwear business dedicated to providing excellent products and service to our customers across New Zealand. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Online Order Picker & Packer to join our small, friendly, and supportive team based in Onehunga.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Online Order Picker & Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Process orders for dispatch using warehouse and courier systems.
  • Check products for quality and accuracy before shipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and put away incoming stock.
  • Replenish picking locations and maintain stock organisation.
  • Assist with stocktakes and inventory control.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily dispatch targets.
  • Support other warehouse duties as required.

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, so you MUST have:

  • Good computer literacy with the ability to pick up new packages and processes easily
  • Good understanding of health and safety guidelines
  • Dedicated work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously

We are a small team, so you must be a strong team-player. For us, this means that you must be reliable, have good time-keeping and a strong work ethic. Ideally, we are looking for people who want to build a career with us over the long-term, and who will help us to build a world-class warehouse operation.

Job Timings : 8.30am - 5pm
