Bigbull Private Limited t/a Mavericks Gastro Pub is seeking reliable and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their growing team.

This is permanent full-time position.

You will be responsible for:

· Manage and coordinate daily operations

· Oversee shift management, reservations, functions and events

· Handle efficient restaurant opening and closing procedures

· Lead, supervise, hire and train FOH staff

· Motivate team and maintain a positive work environment

· Ensure FOH staff follow service, cleaning and hygiene protocols

· Collaborate with kitchen team for smooth service flow

· Plan menus in consultation with Chefs

· Maintain stock levels and manage ordering of FOH and bar supplies

· Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

· Provide high‑quality customer service in a busy restaurant

· Build rapport with loyal and regular customers

· Resolve customer enquiries and service issues professionally

· Ensure dining expectations are met consistently

· Planning and organising special functions

What you Need:

· Either 2 years’ experience OR a level 4 qualification in either Hospitality, Business or Management.

· Can work Wednesday to Sunday

· Be a team player and flexible

· Good initiative and time management skills.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
