Job Description


As the Contract Relationship Manager, you will report to the General Manager – Client Services and lead the Client Services and Professional Advisory Teams with two direct reports and up to 20 indirect reports. As the Contract Manager for the Ministry Equipment Modifications Services (EMS) contract; you will shape service direction; focus on continuous improvement and build significant partnerships with key stakeholders. You will manage the contract performance, budget and demand, service quality, risk, reporting, sector intelligence, service improvement and future planning.


Qualifications


We’re looking for a natural leader known for creating high performing teams and developing others to reach their full potential. You will have the ability to “Look up and out” constantly striving to improve and develop impactful services

We’d like to hear from you if you have:

  • A tertiary qualification in management, health management, contract management or similar discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience in health, disability, injury related solutions, service delivery or contract management
  • 5+ years leadership experience across people and contracts
  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Influencing, initiative and innovative thinking
  • A critical thinking style coupled with well-developed problem-solving skills
  • A relentless commitment to continuous improvement
  • Financial nous and a head for numbers
