Customer Success & Operations Associate

Partly | Global (Remote / NZ-based teams)

Join a fast-growing tech company helping global automotive businesses improve how parts data is managed, connected, and used across digital platforms.

About the Role

In this role, you will support customers in using the Partly platform effectively while also helping improve internal systems, data quality, and operational workflows. You’ll act as a bridge between customers, product, engineering, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Support

Work directly with global automotive customers

Support onboarding and ensure successful platform adoption

Respond to customer support requests and troubleshoot issues

Help customers become active and successful platform users

Operations & Process Management

Improve internal workflows and operational processes

Manage onboarding systems and operational tools

Track and resolve issues impacting platform performance

Coordinate between customer, product, and engineering teams

Data & Platform Support

Maintain accurate customer and product data

Support cleaning and structuring of automotive parts data

Assist with system integrations between customers and platform

Identify data or system issues and escalate to engineering teams

Cross-Team Coordination

Work closely with engineers, product managers, and sales teams

Translate customer issues into technical requirements

Support rollout of new features and product updates

Help scale operational processes as the company grows

What We’re Looking For?

0–2+ years experience in customer support, operations, or tech roles

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRMs, or support tools

Interest in technology, data, or automotive industry is an advantage

Strong attention to detail

Fast learner with a proactive mindset

Pay: From $6,500.00 per month
