About the role:
As part of the Finance team, the Accounts Payable Administrator role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the accounts payable function. This is a 12 month fixed term position.

Some of your role scope includes:
  • Accurately process coded and authorised invoices within the finance system.
  • Complete supplier statement reconciliations as required.
  • Resolve internal and external account queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and records to support business operations.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable Manager in developing and implementing best-practice processes.
  • Build knowledge across broader administrative functions to support the wider team.
  • Provide additional administrative and accounts payable support as required.

What you will bring to the role:
  • A minimum of 2–4 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role.
  • The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Experience using SAP (or similar ERP finance system) is desirable.
