What you will do:
The kitchen is where the magic happens in our Luxury Hotel- and you can be part of that! We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchenhand to join our team. The right applicant must be self-motivated, a team player and work well in a high-pressure environment. Duties include:

*

keeping the kitchen clean and completing daily tasks as per cleaning roster
*

washing up of all pots, pans and dishes
*

basic food preparation & storing of delivery’s as required by shift leader
*

And ensuring that health, safety and hygiene is maintained at the highest possible level.

What you will bring:
We are looking for a self-starter and excellent team player who can demonstrate:

*

A basic knowledge of all areas of the kitchen
*

The ability to think on your feet as we have many guest requests and menu changes each day
*

Good time management.
*

Flexible and willing and able to work evenings and weekends.
