Full job description

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Domino’s store to ensure smooth and

efficient functioning

  • Plan, prepare, and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak and

off-peak hours

  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance,

productivity, and service standards

  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, handling customer

feedback and resolving complaints promptly

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, including ordering ingredients, packaging, and

supplies as required

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, wastage, sales, and daily operational activities
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and health &

safety requirements in line with Domino's Pizza operational guidelines

  • Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to

brand standards

  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders, maintaining Domino’s service

benchmarks

  • Manage store cleanliness, presentation, and overall brand compliance
  • Drive sales performance by implementing promotional strategies and upselling

initiatives

  • Analyse store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective

actions

  • Coordinate with delivery drivers and kitchen staff to optimise order flow and

efficiency

  • Report operational issues, performance metrics, and business updates directly to the

Director

What we Offer:

  • Minimum 30 hours per week to maximum 45 hours roster across 7 days
  • We’ll provide ongoing training
  • We can offer shifts with some flexibility

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced food retail,

hospitality, or quick service restaurant environment

  • Strong understanding of customer service standards and the ability to handle customer

queries and complaints effectively

  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
  • Experience in inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes
  • Ability to manage daily store operations, including sales monitoring and performance

tracking Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under

pressure during peak hours

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff and interact with

customers

  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
