A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our front of house team. You'll be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant, maintaining high service standards, and driving business grow

What you'll do

• Manage overall restaurant operations and service delivery
• Lead, train, and develop front of house staff
• Handle rostering, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Drive revenue through upselling and customer retention
• Maintain quality standards across food, service, and atmosphere
• Support strategic decisions on menu, layout, and staffing

What you'll bring

• 3+ years relevant experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Commercial focus with ability to manage budgets and maximise profitability
• Understanding of NZ hospitality regulations and licensing requirements
• Passion for great food and excellent service
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
