Summary

  • Job Title: Crew Member

  • Minimum and maximum working hours per week: 30.00 – 60.00
  • Minimum and maximum pay rate per hour: $24.00 – $28.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly and professional service.
  • Assist customers with selecting shakes, smoothies, desserts and promotional offers.
  • Explain menu items, ingredients, prices and available options.
  • Take customer orders accurately at the counter and through online platforms.
  • Process cash, card and electronic payments using the POS system.
  • Recommend additional products and suitable combinations to customers.
  • Prepare, pack and serve customer orders according to business procedures.
  • Refill ingredients, cups, packaging and other customer-service supplies.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the manager.
  • Handle customer enquiries and minor complaints professionally.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the counter and customer areas.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
