Resturant Manager / Duty Manager with Current LCQ Licence Controller Qualification)

Restaurant Manager / Duty Manager for our client in Auckland.

Minimum 30 hours, Maximum 40 hours per Week

Minimum $29.00 - Maximum $ 31.00 Per Hour


Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Keep the taps flowing and the food coming – be part of the team and lead your shift to excellence
  • Make sure every customer has an epic time
  • Help plan fun events and promotions – get the community buzzing!
  • Stay on top of stock levels and all the bits and pieces that keep things running smoothly.
  • Plan menus in consultation with chefs
  • Manage busy shifts with efficiency and composure
  • You will work closely with management and help implement policies and procedures to ensure all areas of front of house are covered to deliver the best service and quality in town.
  • Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to the budget
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions

What we’re looking for:
  • A superstar with 2+ years of hospitality experience OR Any Bachelor Level 7 qualification
  • Someone who’s all about good vibes and knows how to lead a team
  • A lover of great beer, good food, and creating a place where people want to hang out
  • Organized, chill under pressure, and great with people
  • Current LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate
  • Communication is key!
