Lead Exceptional Guest Experiences

Millennium Hotels & Resorts New Zealand is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead front office operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and experience managing hotel front desk teams.

What You'll Do?

Oversee daily front office operations, including reception and guest services.

Lead, coach, and develop front office team members.

Create staff rosters and manage scheduling requirements.

Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Oversee reservations, room allocations, and occupancy management.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams.

Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.

Support payroll administration and staffing processes.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in hotel front office operations.

Supervisory or management experience within hospitality.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).

Experience with rostering and payroll administration.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business (preferred).

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.
