Full job description

Responsibilities:

Provide an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the restaurant

Overall running and management of the business

Plan menus for the business as per the requirements

Manage stock level, ordering and recording

Make the staff roasters and handle all the correspondence with staff

Hold functions as per the customer’s requirements

Hire, train and coach staff and drive performance

Handle all the financial and budgeting tasks for the business

Ensuring that company policy standards are upheld

Ensure quality control and responsible for running shifts

Maintain a clean and tidy appearance of the entire operation, including any maintenance which may need doing.

Handle complaints and queries on various matters.

Direct and motivate a team within a busy Restaurant

Correspond with suppliers and negotiate the price

Correspond with city council for required regulations

Be part of ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs

Requirements:

Diploma or higher qualification or relevant 2 to 3 years work experience.

Able to work independently, multi-task and manage the business.

Outgoing and engaging personality with great customer rapport.

Able to train and motivate staff.

Good knowledge of ethnic food and spices will be an advantage.

Driver license is essential.

Able to work on weekends, public holidays and split shifts.

Hold LCQ and Manager's certificate.

Pay: $25.00 – $26.00 per hour
