What you’ll lead:

• Full store performance: sales, labour, inventory, and cost control
  
• Identify trends and guide activity that improves results in your stores
  
• A high-performing team through coaching, recognition, and development
  
• Creating a consistent Starbucks Experience for partners and customers
  
• A store environment that is safe, clean, welcoming, and brand-aligned
• Effective staffing, scheduling, and daily operational planning
  
• Building high-performing teams that consistently deliver premium experiences.
  
• Creating a culture of accountability, care, and excellence
  
• Driving consistency in execution and service delivery
  
• Driving strong customer and business outcomes

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years retail or hospitality experience, including 2+ years in leadership
  
• Strong communication and people-development skills
  
• A love for creating exceptional customer experiences
  
• Confidence in decision-making, organisation, and problem-solving
  
• Ability to inspire a team, celebrate wins, and lead through challenges
