Full-time Manager position (minimum 30 hours to maximum 40 hours) is available for our business JC Mckinlay Limited trading as Dominos in the wider Wellington region. We are looking for the 'real deal' and will remunerate accordingly. The remuneration would be between $34.00 -$ 36.00 hourly as per the candidates’ caliber. Requirements to be successful in the position:

6 months - 1 year minimum experience in the retail / hospitality environment.

Good communication skills.

Strong leadership as well as motivational skills

The successful applicant will have to be prepared to work weekends and evenings if required.

The outline of the job duties are mentioned below, detailed job duties would be discussed at the time of interview. In this role, you will be fully responsible for assisting in organizing and controlling business operations. You will be performing as:

Responsible for managing the store in Wellington.

The candidate is fully responsible for the profitability of a store and implementing programs that drive sales.

Managing and roster staff efficiently to achieve target SPMH.

Managing all areas of staff training and able to resolve all customer issues.

Major challenges - Uphold policies and standards.

Managing to build sales to meet company goals while managing costs and inventory.

Managing and ensuring the store is properly staffed and team members are fully trained.

Maintaining effective communication at all times.

Provide excellent customer service.

Managing stock levels.

Also need to manage Interview, hiring and disciplinary actions of staff. and also manage payroll requirements.

Need to manage Store equipment service records up to date.

Keeping the Store to a good standard and as per Council food and safety requirements.

To autonomously set up and manage the store.

Maintain security controls - cash,keys, alarms and stocks

Develop and maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with customers and suppliers

Knowledge and understanding of:

• image standards;
• principles of handling the rush;
• cash handling policies;
• Domino's Pizza standards, policies and procedures;
• basic safety (Health and Safety at Work) and security policies and procedures; and
• food safety standards, including the Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Code.

Must have the following:
