Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to service standards.
• Train, coach and develop restaurant staff, including servers, hosts and kitchen support personnel.
• Manage customer service enquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Oversee table management, reservations and seating arrangements to optimise guest experience.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling and staff rostering.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the dining areas and back-of-house facilities.
• Contribute to Bar menu and upselling initiatives to enhance revenue.
• Liaise with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.

Req: at least 1 year relevant experience and at least level 4 qualification. Other req: Manager's Certification, Food Safety Training, Licence Controller Qualification

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
