Full job description

Tasks Include:

1. Organize and control the operation of the catering services for client events
2. Plan menus in consultation with the chef
3. Meet with clients to discuss event goals, tailor menus to dietary needs or themes, and oversee food preparation.
4. Coordinate venue setups and equipment rentals to deliver a smooth dining experience
5. Arrange the purchase and pricing of the menus according to budget
6. Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene regulations
7. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen and service teams
8. Knowledge of how to cook Filipino Food (especially Ilonggo cuisine)
9. Ability to work a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays from Monday to Sunday.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week

Work Location: In person
