Job Description:
Green Zone Limited is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our busy kitchen team. The successful applicant will assist with daily food preparation, kitchen operations, cleaning and maintaining food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation.
● Prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
● Assist with basic cooking and food assembly.
● Clean kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
● Receive and store food supplies.
● Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
● Support daily kitchen operations.
Minimum Requirements:
● Minimum NZQF Level 2 qualification in a relevant field OR minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
● Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
● Available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
What We Offer:
● Permanent, full-time position.
● Minimum 30 guaranteed hours per week.
