We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Bartender and Server to join the team at Trax. We are offering a Full-Time position available for a versatile professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-functional venue where the energy shifts from morning coffee to late-night drinks. We need people who can match that pace and take pride in keeping the engine running.

The Role

This isn't just a "stand behind the bar" gig. We need a versatile team member who can jump between tasks without missing a beat. You’ll be responsible for:

Service: Delivering sharp, professional bar and table service in the Bar

Venue Standards: Maintaining the floor and tables to a high standard—this includes clearing, sweeping, and mopping.

Kitchen Support: Stepping into the kitchen for light food prep and mild cooking as the orders roll in.

Efficiency: Managing a multitasking workload while keeping customer service at the forefront.

What We’re Looking For

• Hospitality Background: Proven experience in a fast-moving bar or café setting.
• Adaptability: You’re a quick learner who can jump from the bar to the floor without missing a beat.
• Proactive Energy: You see what needs to be done and you do it—whether it's pouring a drink or cleaning down the table tops.
• Total Availability: We need a team player ready to work a rotating roster, including nights and Saturdays.
