JOB DESCRIPTION

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Assist Sales team in preparation of all sales quotes to customers.

  • Provide administration support including typing, filing and quote preparation on an as needed basis for all Sales Executives.

  • Ensure all customer are entered into the computer system for each new customer, and ongoing maintenance of .

  • Obtain and maintain supplier net rates for sales team.

  • Maintain ongoing customer rates and provide updated rate cards to customers and internal teams in a timely manner.

  • Complete client SOP’s on behalf of Sales Executives and ensure all relevant documentation is completed in a timely and orderly manner.

  • Answer all customer inquiries promptly to resolve any queries or issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding.

  • High attention to detail.

  • CRM and Intermediate Excel experience.

  • Exceptional communication skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent writing and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft applications.

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise.

  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
