This role is all about the small moments that make a customer’s in-store experience memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming impression on our customer from the moment they walk into the store.
• Help maintain a shop floor that is tidy, organised, and easy to find your next inspiring outfit for our customer and their family.
• Engage with customers to understand what they’re looking for, and step in to help
• Manage stock flow so products are available to customers and support store KPIS
• Keep products clearly labelled, in the right place, and easy to find
• Handle transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring to promote in store KPI focuses.
• Work alongside your team to create a great in-store experience and meet your store goals together

You’ll be a great fit for this role if you are:

• Interested in, or previously experienced in retail or a similar customer-facing role
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-obsessed
• Reliable and punctual
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Flexible with your availability
