Sabertooth Security is a growing New Zealand-owned security company providing professional security services across a range of industries. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused Security Officers to join our team.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in protecting our clients, their staff, customers, property, and assets. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Assignments may include:

- Static guarding
- Retail and loss prevention security
- Hospitality security
- Event security
- Construction site security
- Corporate security
- Access control and visitor management
- CCTV monitoring
- Incident response and reporting

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites
- Monitor and report suspicious activity
- Control access to client premises
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Complete accurate reports and documentation
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public
- Follow company policies and client procedures

Essential Requirements
- Current New Zealand Certificate of Approval (COA) or willingness and ability to obtain one
- Full New Zealand Driver Licence preferred
- Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
