- Work with planning and operations teams to ensure the right inputs flow into business decisions
Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Build and update Power BI or Excel dashboards that help monitor key metrics like throughput, accuracy and stock flow
- Present simple insights that highlight trends or performance opportunities
- Support weekly reporting cycles and performance reviews
Process Improvement Projects
- Participate in workshops and improvement initiatives (e.g. root cause analysis, value stream mapping)
- Document processes, collect data and help track benefits from CI projects
- Stay curious and contribute fresh ideas that could improve how we work
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with key contacts in Operations, Engineering and Analytics teams
- Share updates, raise issues and ask questions to help keep projects moving
- Champion continuous improvement culture across your area and share quick wins
Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data/Analytics or related)
- 1–2 years' experience in a supply chain, logistics, CI or operational support role (internships or grad roles welcome)
- Strong analytical skills – comfortable working in Excel, with exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Some understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement concepts
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work with a variety of teams

- Team Player: You collaborate well, build strong relationships and communicate clearly
- Detail-Oriented: You’re methodical and accurate, but can also see the bigger picture
- Resilience & Drive: You stay focused, even when the pace is high or priorities shift
