Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As a Guest Services Representative, you'll play a big part in making sure that our hotel guests have the best time during their stay with us. You're one of their first and last point of contacts when they check in and check out. Your responsibilities include providing front desk services to guests, processing guest payments and acting as a source of information on various things.

Mōu | About You

You'll be someone who is approachable and have great customer service skills - this will shine when you're greeting our guests when they check in, helping them out during their stay and wishing them goodbye when they check out. You're likely to be sales minded where you'll up-sell/cross-sell additional SkyCity offerings. This role also involves some administration work so you'll know your way around a computer.
