About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As Service Delivery Manager, you'll become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, helping them maximise value from our services while driving continuous improvement and long-term partnership success. You'll have the autonomy to influence outcomes, strengthen relationships and contribute to portfolio growth.
Working across Canon's broader portfolio of digital solutions, you'll partner with customers to understand their business priorities, oversee service performance and identify opportunities to deliver greater value.
The role plays an important part in growing accounts by identifying where services can be expanded, supporting contract renewals and contributing to overall portfolio performance.
Scope of the role includes:
- Oversee the successful delivery of services across a diverse client portfolio
- Become a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their priorities and future needs
- Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and solution-focused conversations
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed performance and service standards
- Monitor performance, identify service risks early and implement improvements where needed
- Help customers maximise value from our digital solutions
- Identify opportunities to expand services and support portfolio growth
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate delivery across multiple functions and locations

You have experience managing a portfolio of clients and take ownership of your work. You’re comfortable working independently and stay on top of what’s happening across your accounts. You’re a natural relationship builder, client-focused and someone people trust to get things done.

- Experience managing a portfolio of client accounts
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, valued partnerships with clients
- Strong understanding of service delivery models, including managing performance against SLAs and contractual commitments
- Experience delivering ongoing value through proactive engagement, service reviews, and solution-focused support
- Ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate outcomes across multiple teams
- A commercial mindset with proven success in growing existing client portfolios
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
