Job Description:

Our Spa therapist should provide a wide range of wellness and beauty treatments to our guests, ensuring a high standard of luxury service, relaxation, and care. This role will focus on enhancing guest wellbeing while maintain our Spas professional image and sense of place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of treatments such as massages, facials, body therapy.
• Consult with guests to assess desired needs and recommend appropriate treatments to a luxury standard
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to a 5 star luxury standard ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and a proper treatment set up.
• maintain detailed client records, including history and preferences.
• Promote and recommend Spa retail products and services
• Ensure all health and safety, hygiene standards are strictly followed
• Handle queries professionally and ensure a positive experience
• Support reception duties (Spa bookings, emails, answering phone calls)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Relevant certification in Beauty therapy, Massage therapy or Spa therapy.
• Strong Knowledge in skincare and body treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Team oriented with a positive attitude.
