Position Overview:

We are currently seeking five skilled and detail-oriented Welders to join our talented team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various welding tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: Welding Operations: Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.

Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine welding requirements and procedures.

Metal Preparation: Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and fitting metal parts to ensure proper alignment and secure connections.

Quality Control: Conduct inspections of welded joints and components to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of tools and materials.

Collaboration: Work closely with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication throughout the welding process.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
