Are you ready to provide top-notch administrative support to our international students and the International Team?

At MITU, you'll ensure that our students receive high-quality customer service while maintaining accurate records and keeping their information up-to-date. You'll even have the chance to advise on insurance matters and manage student documentation with precision.

Join us in achieving our international student recruitment goals by providing exemplary customer service, adhering to admission policies, and ensuring efficient processing of applications and offers. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records in our databases, and contributing to the development of admission policies.

If you're organized, empathetic, and ready to make a difference, MITU is the place for you. Join our team and be part of our international students' journey, delivering exceptional customer service and helping them succeed in their educational endeavors.

This is a varied role with plenty more to do requiring strong effective organisation and administration skills, with proficient use of Microsoft office. You need demonstrable communication and listening skills with an empathetic yet resilient personality and enjoy working in a multicultural setting.
