- Champion Customer Service & Engagement: Be highly visible, engage customers with personalized assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Drive Product Availability & Quality: Continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
- Support Smooth Operations & Standards: Collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
- Prioritize Safety & Compliance: Uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
