– Permanent Full-time opportunity Vacancies: Two (2) Location: Tera 13 Limited, 6 MacLean Street, Paraparaumu Beach 5032 | 712 Fergusson Drive, Elderslea, Upper Hutt 5018

Each employee will primarily work at one location. However, if one employee is on leave, the other may be required to work at a different location. Travel arrangements will be provided.

Hours and Pay: minimum 30 hours | $30 - $35 (depending on relevant experience)

Minimum qualifications/experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience OR at least level 4 Diploma in Management or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

 Planning, organising and directing the overall operations of the restaurant.

 Planning menus in consultation with chefs/kitchen staff.

 Managing daily food service activities to ensure efficient and profitable operations.

 Supervising, training and motivating kitchen and front-of-house staff.

 Managing staff rosters, attendance and performance.

 Monitoring customer service standards and resolving customer enquiries and complaints.  Maintaining food safety, hygiene and health and safety compliance.

 Managing stock levels, purchasing and supplier relationships.

 Monitoring sales performance and controlling operating costs.

 Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

 Planning and organising special events/functions.

 Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase business growth.

Other requirements

 Strong leadership and people management skills.

 Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

 Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 Sound knowledge of food safety and health and safety requirement

 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
