As our Supply Chain Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing key supply chain transactions, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring data integrity across our ERP systems. Working closely with Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and external partners, you will help ensure products and materials move efficiently through our supply chain while supporting the accuracy of stock records and operational reporting.
More specifically, you will be involved in:

- Processing inbound receipts, outbound transactions, and order fulfilment activities accurately and on time.
- Supporting inventory management through stock movements, material tracking, and reconciliation activities.
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy across all locations.
- Generating routine reports and maintaining documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve transaction and order-related issues.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and data accuracy.
About you:
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with systems, data, and processes. You take pride in accuracy and are comfortable managing high volumes of transactional activity in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:
- Experience in a supply chain, logistics, inventory, ERP administration, or coordination role.
- Experience working with ERP systems and processing high volumes of transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience managing purchase orders, inventory transactions, stock movements, or order processing activities.
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience within FMCG, dairy, manufacturing, or a related industry will be highly regarded.
