For over 125 years, T&G Fresh has nourished generations of Kiwis with fresh fruit and vegetables. We grow, pack, market, sell, distribute, import and export fresh produce from our own orchards and farms, as well as from over 700 Kiwi growers.

About the opportunity

We're looking for Harvesters to join our team for the blueberry harvest season, with induction opportunities coming up over the next few weeks.

  • This work involves picking blueberries and pruning the blueberry crops.

  • No experience necessary, full training provided

About you

You do not need any previous experience or skills in horticulture as onsite training is provided!

We are looking for reliable workers with:

  • A positive attitude and the willingness to learn new skills

  • The ability to do physical work including walking, bending, lifting up to 25kg

  • Comfortable working in warm temperatures

    Ability to accurately identify fruit colours and ripeness when picking to meet quality standards

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Punctual and consistent

  • Reliable transport to get to work
