driver Class 1 Driver (3 Positions)

FLY@SKY TRANSPORT LIMITED is a growing Auckland-based moving and transport company. We are looking for two reliable and hardworking Furniture Removalists / Class 1 Drivers to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.

Minimum 30 hours per week, up to 50 hours per week

Pay Rate

$26:00 – $30:00 per hour depending on skills and experience

About the Role

The successful applicants will assist with residential and commercial moving services throughout Auckland and surrounding regions. This role involves driving company vehicles, loading and unloading furniture, protecting customer belongings, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and in accordance with New Zealand road rules.
• Load, transport, and unload furniture, appliances, and household goods.
• Wrap, pack, and protect furniture and fragile items during transport.
• Secure loads safely before transportation.
• Assist with furniture assembly and disassembly when required.
• Complete delivery paperwork and job documentation.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections.
• Follow company health and safety procedures.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Work effectively as part of a moving team.

Skills and Experience

• Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence or equivalent.
• Good level of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in furniture removals, minimum 2years delivery driving, transport, warehousing, or labouring is preferred b
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
