“You’ll support tāngata with their individual care needs and daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal care, medication support, and welfare checks—no qualifications or prior experience required. Your role is to provide safe, respectful, person-centred support in people’s homes, being mindful of what matters most to them, including their culture, values, beliefs, routines, and boundaries.”

  • Flexible hours throughout the weekends We’ll do our best to align your schedule with the needs of the people we support
  • Weekend shifts (+$1.00 extra per hour)
  • Paid travel time and mileage —When you travel for work, we make sure you’re compensated fairly — including paid travel time and mileage for longer trips. Full details will be shared during onboarding.
