The Opportunity

We are hiring a Customer Service & Operations Representative to join our frontline team. This role is built for sharp, organized, and reliable students or recent graduates who want real commercial operations and client-coordination experience while earning a stable salary of $60,300 per annum ($5,025/month).

You will represent diverse Kiwi businesses—managing their primary inbound calls, answering customer FAQs, dispatching field jobs, and liaising directly with operational supervisors to get work executed smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound Customer Handling: Answer live calls, emails, and web enquiries professionally in each client’s business name.
• FAQ & Client Triage: Use documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge articles to address client-specific questions, pricing, service areas, and job scopes.
• Dispatch & Job Coordination: Coordinate job allocations and schedules between client operations managers, branch supervisors, and field technicians.
• Supervisor Communication: Keep operational leaders updated on ETA changes, priority shifts, and completed tasks to ensure day-to-day operations stay on schedule.
• Daily Reporting & Administration: Accurately update client CRMs, job management platforms (e.g., Tradify, Simpro, Fergus), and call logs with detailed interaction notes.
• Operational Inquiries & Issue Resolution: Conduct initial information gathering and routine investigations for delayed jobs, missed appointments, or service feedback, escalating to supervisors when required.
