Our Tauranga branch is on the lookout for TWO full-time Shop Assistants. This is a permanent position, 30+ hours a week. Key Responsibilities: -Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right products to suit their needs -Provide expert product knowledge to support informed purchasing decisions -Deliver outstanding service and create a positive, memorable customer experience -Manage customer orders, deliveries, quotes, and product specifications efficiently -Stay up to date with the latest tech products through ongoing training and self-learning -Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify new sales opportunities, and follow up on leads
