Being a part time work from home agent, I go to the office twice a month. My review will be based on that.
The workplace is fun and upbeat and has a great management team in place. The staff are looked after well.

Honestly, i could not even go past the training. I gave up before i could actually start working on the floor. . The trainer was super rude so it was hard to communicate with her and ask questions.

You will experience extreme pressure from people who will take over after your training. Again you're expected to be just perfect at everything. They will make you attend meetings twice a day and show that they are helping but they only add to pressure. You will be expected to do full on sales right from the beginning, even if it wasn't mentioned in the the job description at the time of applying. You will have multiple people listening to your calls during training which doesn't make things any better. The customer care team does almost everything in 2degrees and probably gets paid the least. SO JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Worked in their contact center for around a year. The kind of pressure they put on agents is unimaginable. Forcing the technical team to do sales has put the level of customer service to an all time low for 2 Degrees. They have started focusing more on sales rather than providing any better customer service. Due to this the level of work satisfaction is down the drains. The attrition rate is crazy, At a point there were 2 to 3 people leaving every week. They keep recruiting at least 20 people every month since that many people leave so often. I have seen my colleagues getting fired for the silliest reasons. There is no job protection. You literally always live in the fear of getting fired. They even monitor your office chats for any words that they might deem not safe for work. The worst thing is there is no what is right and wrong. It is their decision and they will stick to it (One of my friends got a warning for using LOL, i mean LOL come on seriously) They exploit the visa situation of the immigrants well to their advantage. Most of them stuck there are stuck since they are under closed work permit sponsored by 2 degrees. Just happy I had the chance to move on to a better company. PLS DO NOT EVER WORK FOR CONTACT CENTER/STORE

Good place to work and provides good support at all levels. Had good experienced managers who can guide in all challenging situations. Good scope of growth within the company
