Choose Wisely on Cycle 0

If you are choosing the 8 AM shift , be careful. The trucks are late & they leave you on your own after 1 Training . Too many call outs & not worth $

Good culture, stressfully environment, lack of tools, unrealistic goals.

What is the best part of working at the company?Good coworkers, its the best part of it. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Its a Very demanding role especially with very few knowledge base top. Company and management sets unrealistic goals. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? very good for employees, they have a nice programs for employees. However health insurance is very expensive.

Fast Paced Good culture

The culture at ADP is great, depending on your roll, very result driven company, higher ups can tend to micromanage.if you’re able to hit your metrics and consistently make sales your fine, if you’re not able to keep up your going to struggle

It was nice working with ADP, I love the work culture. I have a very supportive leaders & co workers but you have to brace yourself on year ends. It’s a lot of training & work loads

Great company and great training I'd recommend to everyone! Only con is that it can be difficult to navigate a very large company but the culture is very supportive!

Nice people, poor leadership

Everyone is nice and the company culture is pretty good. However, they don’t fully train you properly and it is basically just cold calling all day. If you don’t hit the 30 call minimum, they are down your neck trying to figure out why you weren’t able to hit the metrics. Honestly seems as if they only care about meeting the metrics instead of actually building rapport with the clients.

What is the best part of working at the company?Senior leadership was out of touch. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?TOO MUCH WORK. TOO MANY CLIENTS!!What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Cooworkers are nice, but senior leaders pretend they care until it comes to promotion and $$.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Chaos and confusion - too few people and too many clients per employee. Sales promises/lies and HR delives.

Great pay as long as you're in field sales

Great pay, lots of freedom and flexibility, plenty of recognition, many different opportunities within the company. The biggest challenge is selling to customers unhappy with service or implementation.

Good place to work

Worked for 3 of their top clients. Overall good experience.Management is OK - really depends who you get I worked supporting their clients so can't speak on ADP's internal cultureWorking from home was great. It was a salary job, working 10-12 hours a day but the job itself was a great experience.

Great Place to Start your Sales Career!

I have worked at ADP for 2 years now and it is a great place to learn a sales process as well as gain a ton of experience! I think it is a great place to start your career.

Good First Job

ADP gives you the tools to become a great sales person and it looks great on resumes if you can stick it out for a year. It can be hard if your leadership is lacking or if everyone around you is negative about the job as well. It can be overwhelming but teaches you how to be organized and self motivated.

Great company. Management could be better

Positive: benefits, commissions, bonuses, development plan, 401K, presidents club,.Negative: high turnover, poor management (ethics), can’t take time off when you need to. Great people have left because of management.

Nothing to say

Only thing I can say that is positive about working at ADP is the people I worked with. The maintenance department was a good group of guys too work with. There is nothing more to say about this company.

Cold calling all day long with no leads. Management only cares about numbers. Easy job out of college but can become very boring.
