Great benefits and definitely interesting industry to be in. Very helpful management. Most everyone was helpful and welcoming. OS and D can be very difficult, but also rewarding.

Great company

Pretty decent company to work for and there’s room to grow with the company and the truck are great truck to drive and the pay is top tier and you at least 2 raises a year

Run away from this place.

The management and upper management doesn't have a clue of what they doing. Lack of communication, no support, high turnover rate as drivers only last few weeks. Old trucks that breakdown every other day. The customer has prefferece with Averrit over AAA as they are the primary/preffered carrier at this location. No paid sick time, no over time, expensive health insurance with high deductible.

This company is not a place you may want to retire

This company is the worst company I ever work for in my whole career as a truck driver I work for this company for five months and was told that I couldn’t transfer to another department within the company unless you stay doing the job that they gave you they will hold you down it up to you if you decide to work for them they are not a great company truth me

You give you more than enough work to do in 5 hours. Give you 20 minutes to get your work equipment together to leave the yard. I

AAA. cutting hours I’m not sure what that means but I can’t work there anymore working for five hours a day. Start off working 10 to 12 hour days. now only working 5 hours a day, not enough to pay bills.

B- Work Environment

I use to love my job, since COVID it has been extra crazy, busy, backed up, and under-staffed. I don't feel as if the "little man" employees are ever truly heard and/or given a chance to prove they can make something better. Also I do not understand how you can be a Manager/Director making decisions for those under you and you have never worked a day in their shoes, how can you honestly know what they need or make decisions for them if you can not do or even understand their job? I know ACT can do better, eyes just need to be opened to the possibilities.

Produttive and understanding place to work

Consistent pay and benefits are my only complaints working with this company. When a senior driver retires or i move up in seniority things will be better for myself.

Great Place to make money

Fast paced environment. If they have hours make sure to snagged them. Benefits aren't all that great. As they can be confusing. Thier equipment is ok. They do have drive cams that face the driver.

Excellent work environment on the Dedicated side

I've been with AAA 4.5 years. There's a strong team environment. Plenty of hours in a week. A boss that listens and shows concern for his team. Trucks that are regularly serviced by a strong team of mechanics. I plan on retiring many years down the road with this company

Good pay and benefits

. Was only there for a month before I had an injury that put me out of work. But my time there was good and I wish I could go back. Management expect a lot of you but you are compensated well for your work and they don't expect unrealistic goals.

The pay is good and the benefits are good and you could get in more hours if you want

. The job is physically demanding not for the lazy.

Run away

This job is trash they show favoritism so if you trying to move up good luck I was happy to leave this job because all they did was lie and lie but it can be a easy job!!!

Gain experience

This is a nice starter job to get your foot into the transportation business. Loud environment (of course it’s trucking). Most of the people are fun and cool.

Fair Pay

Pay is fair for the work involved. Your day depends on how well your trailer is loaded. Whether you are able to get your pallets to the back of the trailer for the customer. Dispatcher’s and managers are fair, as long as you come into work and do what your paid to do. Pick up and Deliver freight in a timely manner.

The people I work with

Good environment good people to work with and the supervisor are ok as well. Upper management looks out for there workers. The only draw back I see is the benefits

Not much room for advancement

Lots of dock time, you’re a dockworker first here, short mile runs, new management keeps eleiminating quality runs. On the plus side the equipment is mostly new and the hourly rate is fair

Good place to work has a few cons

Management was nice if they like you. No room for growth in the office. Amazing co workers. Pay was good and more than most office environments. Overall 4 out of 5.

Routing sucks, they'll run you 50 miles out of your area and expect you to cover everything in your area

Too many people with authority to make decisions way above their pay grade and have zero repercussions from screwing it up. Now if you're a driver and mess up oh boy it's all on you no holds barred. If you work they'll pile it on you and if you don't work they don't really press you

Buen ambiente de trabajo.

Todo está bien sobre el empleo lo único es el horario. Quisiera que tuvieran un turno de por la mañana

There is no structure

Early morning start Break out trailers on dock and sort and load on local delivery trailers. Do paperwork and head out on your route for deliveries and pickups. Always wanting more and more 12 plus hour days . I would not work there again as no appreciation . Only positive is money

Steady money

Unorganization always wanting more for less

Watch you back they believe in the customer/service is always right

There is a no smoking in the trucks are on yards hair drug test manager/supervisor are up and down they will lie in your front “some of them” and a lot of the other driver are two face

Home daily job easy

Manager/supervisor some are helpful and some are not
