I’ve achieved so many goals while working at Accor. Eg: started as a room attendants until I’ve became a supervisor. Not only that Accor gave me so many opportunities. When our department’s executive was away our department gave me a effort to run the department with the support of the general manager and the front office manager
Over all Accor group is very good place to work. Work environment is superb, provide all support to employees. Internationally they care for their staff.
It was fun working with sofitel, I leaned alot of things to do with security management, but the work culture was generally good except the hash working conditions by the security manager although we had good working term work. But all in all averything went on well.
I believe my time was a great opportunity to acquire extremely useful client skills. The position enabled me to put to use my multitasking skills while giving me self fulfillment and invaluable experience and knowledge in a number of different fields.
We want to help you find great companies. Help us be the best!

Ten hours duty and two days off
If hospitality is your thing, then Accor is a great company to work for. I've been with the company for over fifteen years and have been lucky enough to work in four different countries all while growing my career. I have had some great managers who have supported me and allowed me to achieve great things.
Career growth, Great People, Global Oportunities
The HODs and staff were wonderful and you got a free lunch. Very stressful environment to work in. They will expect you to do the work of multiple people, with no bonuses or extra pay (although it is promised). Staff morale is incredibly low. Don't believe them when they say they care about their staff. The most important thing I learned working for Accor is that no matter how much effort you put in, no matter how loyal you are, even if you have a great record (never late, never having a negative performance review, being reliable, building a good relationship with clients) - you are just another number.
Free lunch, nice staff & HODs
Would have been the best place to work, but if not for the managers who have low self esteem. It's a good place to be with happy staffs, serene and peaceful environment.
Very good with trainings
Pretty good work environment and management, colleagues are pleasant and welcoming and happy to help. The company definitely guides your career path.
I started work at Accor last year when a male friend referred me to this job as a waitress. After a few months of working there, I was a bit worried if there was any salary difference as there were some colleagues warning me of the companys paying system, so I asked my close friend about his salary and I discovered that there werent any gender paygap despite rumours in the workplace. The only downside i can think of is the long and tiring hours of work, which makes it fastpaced.
Free lunch, paid superannuation, discounts and vouchers
Long hours, not very good work-life balance for full-timers
