ADT Always Cares Across the U.S., ADT team members have joined forces to give back to their communities as part of ADT Always Cares. Comprised of both employee volunteerism and philanthropy, ADT Always Cares was launched company-wide in 2013, and over the past five years, employees have contributed tens of thousands of volunteer hours to support hundreds of non-profit agencies, touching the lives of hundreds of thousands of people in need. During the 2018 Week of Service, each of ADT’s 200+ locations held at least one community service project. Whether it was picking up trash along a riverbank, painting a classroom or packing food for deserving families, ADT volunteers helped make a difference. ADT also works closely with first responders as they are making a true difference in the communities we served. In 2018 we contributed $100,000 to the National Volunteer Fire Council and produced a national TV commercial to raise awareness to recruit more volunteer firefighters in communities across America. Another example of ADT’s commitment to first responders is the monetary grants we make to Police, Fire and EMT agencies through our popular ADT LifeSaver Award program. In 2018, ADT awarded grants to more than a dozen departments which helped rescue ADT customers from near-death experiences involving fires, carbon monoxide poisonings and other emergencies in the home. We also presented LifeSaver awards to 45 employees who performed heroic acts, demonstrating how all of us at ADT “Help Save Lives for a Living.”

ADT Ethics Office The ADT Ethics Office works every day to uphold this commitment. Our program includes: the ADT Ethics Line, the Code of Conduct, training programs, and business-specific policies that comply with applicable laws. Our programs are designed to help us identify ADT’s compliance risks and address concerns. Code of Conduct The Code of Conduct ("Code") outlines ADT’s commitment to our customers, our investors, our communities, and one another. We are all responsible for creating a culture of integrity. The Code defines what is expected of each of us. ADT expects all team members as well as contractors and other third parties to comply with the Code. ADT Guide to Supplier Social Responsibility As ADT continues building a world-class supply chain organization, we believe our success lies in the quality of our supplier relationships. The Guide to Supplier Social Responsibility below sets forth our expectation that our suppliers share the following standards, and promote the application of these standards among those with whom they do business. Safety We value the safety of our team members and customers above all else. We actively champion safe behaviors for our team members, and we provide the necessary knowledge, training, and tools to model safe behaviors. Health and Wellness Participation levels continue to increase in our wellness programs. In 2014, we achieved over 50% of our employees participating in the Health Assessment. Employees were also engaged in a variety of wellness programs including biometric screenings, coaching, challenge, and local activities as part of our Healthy Rewards program. Consumer Privacy Initiative In early 2019 ADT launched a consumer privacy initiative with a coalition of organizations committed to driving the adoption of privacy standards and best practices across the home security industry. The initiative focuses on ensuring the security and home automation industry take a leadership role in protecting consumer privacy.
