Work-life balanceWork-life balance at ADVANCED TREE SERVICES is hectic. A lot of times you’ll come in for a day of work and you’ll be working with a full crew and if something comes up it’s no problem for you to leave. But on some days things will come up where you’ll start the day off with a full crew and at the end of the day your work if this is what you do for a living, takes over your life balance because it goes down to you one other guy and our boss. But it’s a great family to work for you quickly become a part of the family and they care about you while you’re working and after you leave from working For the company.Pay & benefitsMy pay and benefits at ADVANCED TREE SERVICES are Good and they were in progress of getting paid time off and paid holidays an actual benefits started with the company. It is a family owned business. The man who owns it has enough experience in the business to know what he’s doing and know whether or not who he hires is going to pan out or not. But the man is fair and he definitely lives by us values. He will give you a chance no matter where you come from and so long as you prove yourself a good worker he’ll keep you on as long as you want to stay on and he’ll let you work as long as you want to work.Job security and advancementIn terms of job security at ADVANCED TREE SERVICES, I think The only major thing about job security is so long as you show up or you stay in contact with the family and let them know what’s going on, your job is secure. We’ve had guys get in the car wrecks me being one of them, and they hold my spot until I was -

Great job at advanced tree services

Working for advanced tree services was great . I enjoyed the company of all staff and the boss was very easy to get along with

Un-Reliable

Have always loved working outdoors, Landscape gardening and tree surgery has always been my trade. Tree surgery being the most physically demanding and very dangerous job I have ever done, but always loved it. I just believe it is time for me to come out of the wind and try to excel myself even further within a supervisory/managerial role.
