Poor management
Private Contractor (Former Employee) - Little Rock, AR - 3 May 2019
You will be offered higher wages than you’ll ever actually reach, a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement that will be scoffed at upon request, and a whole lot of unprofessional experiences. Whether they force you to pay your way through an uncoordinated out of state job or they just gossip about each other and their clients, these owners are in need of a huge reality check on how to run a company with efficiency. Cutting corners on everyone just for a check is not how you stay in business.
