Hard balance for work and home life

The hours and inconsistencies in my schedule are unreasonable for my home needs. There is not much room for advancement and the pay is lower than what I had hoped for. The benefits are very expensive for low coverages.

Productive place with much to learn everyday

The immediate management is good at solving problems however those above need more understand. If you can handle tough workloads then its a good job.

Productive workplace with intellectual people

During my time at AIMS, I have learned about the Sulphur recovery process which was an unexplored area for me with respect to oil and gas field. It also allowed me to interact with various intellectual people and work under their supervision for the betterment of the company.

Fun Place to work

It is a busy environment, but enjoyable and fun. Sometimes to stress full. Management is always available to help with any question and solve problems.
The hardest part of the job is when airlines delay cargo and having to explain that to clients.
Enjoyable part is when getting goods delivered as planned
