Working at Alorica was fun and challenging. Working with agents I worked with was fun. Got to meet a lot of new people. Upper management were good people who had an open door policy.

Apac is a fun working environment.

A typical day at work would be when its so busy and having to move around making sure that the job is done properly and making sure I don't make any mistakes. I have learned to cope with stress when it gets really busy and to keep calm to avoid any mistakes. The management team are very friendly people who takes their time out to talk to us and even lends a hand when the job is busy. The most enjoyable part of the job is chatting to your work mates during breaks and just impacting on how well we dealt with the job even if its busy.

fun and happy work environment

A day at work was very tiring but fun, what i learned was that you had to be in good condition eg fit, strong and fast on the product line. The management was very good and very organised. My co-workers where open and very friendly, the hardest part of the job was keeping with the pace of the product-line.The most enjoyable parts of the job was the income and the co-workers because i was payed for my hard work an also co-workers keeping me active.
