I worked in AMT for about a year in an Irish site, management from England never contacted our branch, worked mostly by myself which I didn’t mind but got tedious some days.

Une manager beaucoup trop stressée et paranoïaque ainsi que l'ambiance avec les collègues qui était toujours en train de critiquer les autres même si c'est ceux la qui travaillait le moins (amis de longue date avec la manager)

upbeat and lively warehouse

A typical day would involve ensuring all jobs for the next day are received and processed for the warehouse staff to pick for the drivers to deliver to various bars around london. An enjoyable place to work due to decent co workers

environnement de travail rapide mais agréable

Une journée type de travail se réfère à une bonne prise en main du bar. préparation de la caisse, du bar et du réapprovisionnement ainsi qu'une certaine cadence pour servir les clients assez rapidement. Le plus intéressant dans ce travail était les relations avec la clientèle ainsi que le personnel. L'aspect le plus difficile de ce poste était la capacité à gérer tous les postes du bar. L'aspect le plus agréable du poste était le contact avec les gens qui est très important pour moi.

travaille difficile sans chauffage hiver

on commence a 5H du matin dans un froid glacial on fini a 13H 30 ET de 13H30 A 21H 30 il n y a pas de soutient le plus agreable ce sont nos client qui sont super on fait de la vente de boisson chaude et des patisseries
