Fun place to work. Free food

Helpful staff, don't mind showing/teaching me. Keep me busy ,looking for more jobs to done. Provide PPE if required for special jobs. Trust to let you work alone.

A good place that turned gloom and doom

There was a time In the beginning when I first started working here it felt like this could be a place that you could grow, learn, and advance. But over time and watching people come and go you realize that there is no advancement, no real perk to being there. The management does whatever the parent company (Learfield/ IMG ) tells them to. Based on the amount of people they have been letting go, I would say their finances aren’t doing to well. There is very little guidance and the work is soulless. It’s just a job, like most places.

Pros

You can make a few good friends. Located in suburban area.

Cons

Salaries are far below par. Health ins is basic. Poor Bonus structure, no 401k matching, difficult to get raise of any kind. Easy to get jaded.

It was a job

The people on the top did not know what they were doing and didn’t let the managers do what they needed to do to make it go good most of the managers knew what they needed to do but they are only allowed to do certain things The last don’t know if the rates doing half the time and the one that do good work get crapped on and the ones that do the very minimal seems to be getting the better end of the deal and that’s not how a company should work.

Great company to work for.

My experience in working for ANC has been nothing short of amazing. ANC has been very supportive during this pandemic. They have called to check on my family. They made sure we have the proper PPE to perform our job in a safe manner.

They have a heavy turnover rate.

This company has a terrible turnover rate. Several employees quit after a short period of time. I have worked there for almost 12 years and have seen very many people come and go. I usually didn't try to get to know a lot of them because I knew they wouldn't stay there. They need to treat their employees with more respect. They have an unstructured management team that doesn't work together to make things better for or be flexible with their employees.

It's a good job I just need more on the hour

The job cool but the pay don't match all u have to deal with it's pretty easy I picked up almost everything on my first day no communication & ya don't know when & what time u get off work

welder/assembler

Overall this company seems like a nice place to work. I am looking for a welding job which ANC has little welding. They need assemblers and inventory specialists.

Organized with paperwork and documents

Employees begin loading their trucks, then each receives their invoices for the routes. I learned how to use the handheld. Hardest part of the job is working nights.

Stressfull

No a place i want to retire from. It is putting a strain on my marriage and they really do t care about the cost of living so no raises. So dont wok there

Attractive, challenging and appealing

It is a very challenging environment with a lot of surprises each day as a result of the fact that the organisation is a party in government and opposition parties are always looking out for mistakes and cases that may suggest weaknesses in the operations of the organisation

Fun place to work

Was good place to work now owned by a Fedex UK,Depot now closed and everybody was relocated. Long hours but actually delivering parcels is a great job.

Great experience with the management and employees. Learned quite a bit and the best part is that the pay was generous and they gave a yearly bonus to their internships.
