-Co-Workers were fun and always helpful when needed
-Hardest part of the job was framing and sheetrock lay out on the tightest spots
-Best part of the job was lots of production and time flies.

They have lost the plot.

They chopped the wage 40% with no discussion or consideration for the staff.
Acting like company in dire straits.
The workers are just a commodity. While the top management buy all the toys.
There are wage differences depending on your nationality.

enjoyable people to work for, always there if you needed help, always greeted at the front desk with a good morning and and always said goodbye on your way out. respectful staff.
it was a delight to have been doing work experiences there. if ever a full time or part time come up i would take it.

We work as a team and management are supportive. I never felt stupid when asking a question. Not to mention our morning teas when we all bring our cultural food.

The clients are wonderful.

The lack of organization and communication make the job very difficult. Our jobs are very hard on us physically and emotionally and I don't think there is enough support for the coaches who work there. Personally, it has become a safety issue for me.
